Operating Principle
Energy Utilization: The oven features a set of sealed tubes filled with water in its exchanger and baking chambers. The energy produced by the burner is used twice: first to heat the hearth with the flame, and then to heat the tubes with the combustion gases. This design ensures even heat distribution throughout the baking chamber, providing exceptional flexibility and responsiveness.

Warranty: Comes with a 10-year warranty on annular tubes and a 5-year warranty on the refractory stainless steel fire chamber.
CONSTRUCTION :
Front: Polished stainless steel construction, removable glass doors, “F” door handle with 3 positions, and hood with steam extractor fan.
Baking Chamber: Consists of 20 mm thick refractory plates and halogen lighting.
Heat Exchanger: Features 24 single loop annular tubes per linear meter, a refractory stainless steel fire chamber, and a barometric damper.
Insulation: Utilizes crossed rock wool panels and reflecting glass doors to minimize heat losses.
Specifications: Offers a baking area ranging from 4.4 to 18.6 m², with a useful height of 170 mm for each deck. Available with 600 or 750 mm doors and 1 to 3 doors per deck.
