OVENS – PREMIO CONVECTION OVENS

The PREMIO electric convection oven range is designed to bake a wide variety of products, including breads, pastries, and Danish items. With options for 4 or 10 trays and compatibility with various tray sizes, it can be tailored to suit the user’s needs.

Operating Principle

  • Loading and Baking: Products are placed in corrugated baking trays or pastry pans, then loaded into the convection oven.
  • Even Heat Distribution: Hot air circulates evenly throughout the baking chamber, ensuring consistent baking results.
  • Steam Generation: High-quality steam, produced by the double steam generator, enables the baking of various products, including highly hydrated ones like choux pastries and éclairs.
