GOLD1 is able to temper 25 kg chocolate per hour and coat 60 kg bonbons a day thanks to the capacity of 12 KG. with a belt width of 180 mm and operates at 220 V single-phase with a power consumption of the machine is 1.7 kW where its compact dimensions. 47 x 49 x 135 cm (lxWxH) mean that even the small production setup, or artisanal chocolate maker who needs both high quality and fron small footprint can enjoy our innovative solution

The GOLD1 is equipped with the CHOCOPLAK enrobing conveyor, which includes an automatic stop function, making it particularly suitable for small production runs. It also offers several optional features to enhance its functionality, such as a vibrating table for moulds, a dosing pedal for precise chocolate dispensing, and the capability for half enrobing.
