Magic Temper, the chocolate tempering machine

MAGIC TEMPER MT-1.5K / MT-3K are ideal for tempering chocolate masses, couvertures, pralines, ganaches and interiors. They are used for batch tempering of daily production runs of up to 300 kg. They are designed for chocolatiers and industrial research and development centers. Frames are ready to cut in 1 to 3 hours instead of 12 or 24 hours. With MAGIC TEMPER MT-1.5K / MT-3K, tempering is fast and 100% safe.
