Perfect for small-scale production of molded sweets or “GRAND CRU” plates. Equipped with a vibrating table, it transforms into a molding station. Practical and quick to clean.
The Mini gold machine have 2 mains functions :
TEMPERER The machine is equipped with a cooling unit and a 3-phase continuous quenching system. controlled by a mini PLC. There are just 3 buttons to control the the machine: stirrer rotation, tempering, vibrating table. Capacity is 12 liters, which yields around 8 kg of melted chocolate. It’s easy to use and quick to clean.
